For 15 years, the Healthcare Foundation of Northern Lake County has been committed to increasing access to healthcare, a contributing factor to health equity.
In 2021, we deepened that commitment by launching a three-pronged initiative to learn more about health equity in our community, as well as policies and practices designed to advance health equity and with it, health.
We will learn from experts, with you—grantees, partner organizations, and those in our community who live, grow, work, and age in conditions that adversely affect their health—and through grantmaking.
Working together, we know we can do more to achieve our common goals: equitable healthcare access and optimal health for all residents of northern Lake County.
